Fixfab Solutions Trusted Garment Care Experts. |

Recover More. Reject Less. Ship Better. |

FixFab Solutions helps garment manufacturers recover rejected garments, increase shippable percentage, and reduce avoidable rejection losses through specialist on-site garment care and quality-controlled recovery.

Where the pressure usually appears

Recovering more where recovery is technically possible. Reducing avoidable replacement and support shipment readiness.

Rejected Garments

Finished pieces cannot move to shipment because the final quality does not meet the required standard due to stains, discoloration, holes, snags, or other non-conformities.

Replacement Production

Shortages may force the factory to re-plan, re-cut, re-sew, re-finish and re-pack. Which can consume material, line capacity, planning time and finishing effort.

Finishing & Packing Backlog

WIP can build up close to shipment when trimming, pressing, folding, repacking, or cartoning cannot keep pace, causing the available team to be unable to absorb the required volume.

On Time Delivery and QA Pressure

Shortages, QA call-outs, count gaps, packing errors, and repacking pressure can affect several departments at once, increasing pressure across teams and management.

The Hidden cost of dead rejects

A dead reject is not only a damaged garment. It is shipment value already at risk.

Where Fixfab solutions comes in

We help you recover value, add controlled capacity and support shipment readiness.

Recover Before Replace

Protect garment value.

We assess technically recoverable rejections before replacement production is considered.

Quality Before Quantity

Recovery without unnecessary risk.

Sensitive garments are tested before bulk treatment. If recovery creates unacceptable risk, we stop and escalate.

Control Every Piece

Make every piece visible

We record what comes in, what is recovered, what QA accepts and what remains pending.

About the Founder

Nishantha here,

I have worked in the garment manufacturing industry since 2001, gaining over 25 years of hands-on experience across finishing, packing, warehousing, shipment preparation, and order fulfillment.

Over the years, I have seen firsthand how rejected garments can create significant hidden costs through re-cutting, re-sewing, re-finishing, re-inspection, and re-packing. What may seem like a small loss can quickly impact production capacity, shipment value, and profitability.

This experience inspired me to establish FixFab Solutions, with the goal of helping garment manufacturers recover technically recoverable rejected garments and return them to shippable quality wherever possible. We work alongside QA, production, finishing, packing, and warehouse teams to provide practical defect recovery, troubleshooting, and finishing-to-shipment support.

My vision is to build FixFab into a trusted operational partner for the garment industry, helping manufacturers reduce avoidable losses, protect shipment value, improve recovery, and meet their delivery commitments.

Frequent Asked Questions

FixFab Solutions provides specialized garment rejection recovery, defect troubleshooting, daily recovery support, and finishing-to-shipment backlog assistance for garment manufacturers. Our objective is to recover technically recoverable garments, reduce avoidable replacement production, and support shipment readiness.

No. Some garments may carry too much quality risk to treat. If inspection or sample testing indicates that recovery could worsen the garment or create an unacceptable result, FixFab will recommend that the item is not treated.

Our service is designed to support the existing factory operation. Handover points, work areas, priority styles or POs, QA verification points, working hours and daily capacity are coordinated with the client’s responsible team before or during deployment.

Buyer names, styles, POs, defect information, production quantities, packing details and internal factory information are treated as confidential and used only for the agreed service purpose. FixFab can also work under the client’s NDA or confidentiality requirements where needed.

FixFab aims to keep commercial terms transparent. The quotation should identify the agreed scope, pricing method and assumptions, and any major scope change or additional work that affects price should be discussed before proceeding.

Yes. A controlled trial or representative sample is often the best way for a new client to evaluate FixFab’s recovery capability, communication, quality discipline and working method before considering a larger or recurring arrangement.

Depending on the service arrangement, FixFab can record information such as date, PO or style, color, defect category, quantity received, quantity recovered, items not treated, pending quantity and QA verification status through an agreed Recovery Note or reporting format.

Depending on fabric construction, color stability, finish and defect severity, recovery may include selected oil or grease stains, localized marks, dye transfer, rust, discoloration, minor shade issues, holes, pinholes, snags, knit re-looping, woven micro-darning and approved reinforcement methods.

FixFab Solutions Limited helps garment manufacturers recover rejected garments, increase shippable percentage, and reduce rejection losses.
